Find your Vedic Rashi from real planetary data
Western astrology is built around the Sun sign. Vedic astrology is built around the Moon โ because the Moon governs the mind and emotions, and moves through the zodiac in under a month, it captures something far more personal than the Sun's slow, one-sign-per-month pace.
Your Moon Sign (Rashi) is the zodiac sign the Moon occupied at your exact birth date and time โ considered the core of your emotional nature in Vedic astrology.
The Moon changes sign roughly every 2.25 days, so an approximate time works unless you were born close to a sign change.
