Find your lunar nodes from real birth data
Unlike planets, Rahu and Ketu aren't physical bodies โ they're the two points where the Moon's orbital path crosses the ecliptic (the Sun's apparent path). Because those crossing points are geometrically 180 degrees apart, Rahu and Ketu are always in opposite zodiac signs from each other.
The lunar nodes โ where the Moon's orbit crosses the ecliptic โ treated as significant shadow points tied to karmic themes in Vedic astrology.
This uses the mean node, the standard Vedic convention, rather than the true node which oscillates slightly around it.
